Is the most prestigious sparkling wine produced in these hills since it is obtained with the Prosecco grapes that comes from a very restricted area called precisely Cartizze. It has all the peculiar characteristics of Prosecco as the colour, deep straw-yellow, the flower scent and a delicate fruit bouquet. Its perlage fine and persistent makes more precious the glasses at the end of every meal, concluding with rare elegance every convivial occasion. To be served at the temperature of 5-7°C.

Extra Dry Sparkling Wine
Great sparkling wine of the tradition it is produced with the Prosecco grapes of the old Balbi vineyard carefully selected. It is deep straw-yellow, it has a fine and persistent perlage and a characteristic fruit bouquet. Excellent as an aperitif it ’s recommended with all the first dishes. It’s ideal with fish dishes and served at the temperature of 5-7°C you can taste it at best. |

MARZEMINO
Sweet Quality Sparkling Wine
This refined and rare sweet sparkling wine is made with withering Marzemino grapes with a particular method. When it is already ripped, the vine shoot on the top of the bunch of grapes in order to permit the withering of the grape in the bush. This process is guaranteed only by the dry and windy climate of our hills. From the grapes obtained by this process is made this wine that results a concentrate of perfumes, fragrances and flavours, a pleasure for palate, very good with dessert and crisp pastries. To be served fresh at 10-12°C |

BRUT Sparkling Wine
Sparkling Wine obtained by selected high hills grapes, with the crio-maceration system. This technique allows to extract a grater quantity of bouquets and perfumes.
The scrupulous fermentation techniques enhance its olfactory qualities and aromas, the fine perlage underlines its elegance. Ideal as an aperitif glass, it’s best tasted if served at 5-7°C temperature.
