Dry Sparkling Wine

 
Is the most prestigious sparkling wine produced in these hills since it is obtained with the Prosecco grapes that comes from a very restricted area called precisely Cartizze. It has all the peculiar characteristics of Prosecco as the colour, deep straw-yellow, the flower scent and a delicate fruit bouquet. Its perlage fine and persistent makes more precious the glasses at the end of every meal, concluding with rare elegance every convivial occasion. To be served at the temperature of 5-7°C.

Extra Dry Sparkling Wine

 

Great sparkling wine of the tradition it is produced with the Prosecco grapes of the old Balbi vineyard carefully selected. It is deep straw-yellow, it has a fine and persistent perlage and a characteristic fruit bouquet. Excellent as an aperitif it ’s recommended with all the first dishes. It’s ideal with fish dishes and served at the temperature of 5-7°C you can taste it at best.

Sparkling Wine obtained by selected high hills grapes, with the crio-maceration system. This technique allows to extract a grater quantity of bouquets and perfumes.

The scrupulous fermentation techniques enhance its olfactory qualities and aromas, the fine perlage underlines its elegance. Ideal as an aperitif glass, it’s best tasted if served at 5-7°C temperature.
