Still wine

 

This still wine better than any other one shows the organoleptic characteristics typical of Prosecco, lean wine, deep straw-yellow coloured, with a delicate fruit taste, a result of a careful wine production. It’s an important white wine for hors-d'oeuvre of Mediterranean food. Suggested for all meal it expresses itself at its best with fish dishes and light vegetable dishes. We suggest to serve it at the temperature of 8-10°C.

CHARDONNAY MUSQUE'
Aromatic wine



 

Obtained with the Chardonnay grapes with the system of crio-maceration, this aromatic wine presents itself as a rarity in the oenological panorama of the Marca Trevigiana. Characterized by an intense but not  aggressive aroma it gives a marked peach bouquet that makes it unique. It’s the ideal approach with hors-d'oeuvre an fish dishes, it represents the ideal glass to sip in good company. Served cold at 5-7°C it’s best tasted.

MONCHERA FALCOMARIO II°
Red wine



Great wine, made  of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes, colour strong ruby red with a light perfume of wild fruits and of violet. It’s characterized by a full taste ad a great body. A light ageing of 18 month in oak barrel gives to this product fullness of structure refining its taste. Ideat with roasted white and red meat, it is very good with sliced salami and ham and ripe cheese. Uncork an hour fore serve it at the temperatureof 18°C.
